It was created with the Simsun font, the actual font image was sent to me by a friend.

You are right Smitjel, I do not know what is wrong, but I am getting a popup to some crappy spam website when I click on that link. Looks like I have to go find the icons' makers again. Are the icons I posted the icons that you are looking for?
