Thanx Semental. I seem to have the following problem though: when I try to use any of the PNG's as an avatar (here on Neowin for example), because the picture is round, I don't get the transparency effect for the background, the background appears greyish, respectively white for the 2 icons that were posted here. Any idea on how to make the background either truly transparent or at least the same color as the Neowin board style?

Yes, but there are two background colors on Neowin; one for odd posts, one for even posts. I will post two new ones for you.
