C&C3: Kane's Wrath on Vista 64bit+sp1

Hi guys, as the topic says, did any one here managed to run C&C3 Kane's Wrath on Vista 64bit +sp1? I really don't want change the OS to vista 32bit+sp1 to play the game and it will be a wast to the PC.

did the original work for you? Some forum posts in a quick google has a few ppl saying it works for them. Maybe check to see you've installed DX 9.0.

edit: anyway I'll be upgrading to Vista X64 next week I believe so I'll see how it goes. Seem confident it'll work.

Not supported doesnt mean it won't run, it just means EA is taking their usual stance of 'because its new we're going to pretend it doesn't exist.'

Except in a few odd cases of crap copy protection used, I've seen very few games that won't run in x64.

I haven't had any problems with it personally but a couple of friends of mine have mentioned they've experienced crashes to the desktop - one on XP, another on Vista64 (I'm Vista64 too).
