Windows Vista is 'Half Baked'

Another one of these? Really? No, I don't find it half baked. I wouldn't go back to XP if you were willing to pay me.

If Vista is half baked then XP is over-baked and mouldy.

Personal preference. Console wars, OS wars etc are simply a lot of opinions clashing together, people trying to make their opinion a fact.

Yes and no. It's not as terrible as people were making it to be, and it runs nearly perfectly for me.

However, they should fix/polish the following:

- Fix the folder Alzheimer's already!

- Inconsistant UI (different menu text highlight colors)

- Make UAC more user friendly (not talking about you, I'm talking for the average consumer)

- Further refine sorting options -- for instance, I can't move a stacked file around.

I disagree the whole Vista is terrible thing has been blown way out of proportion I have been using it for nearly 2 years and I have had very few problems of course no Windows is perfect and probably never will be.

I think it was half baked upon initial release, but since then they have really improved upon it. I'm still just using XP now. I am not about to pay to upgrade. When I buy a new laptop at the end of the summer I imagine that Vista will be on it then
