Looks like a nice update, thanks for the notice. Surprising to see you have to have .2 or higher though, early Leopard users who've yet to update are cut off from this one.

As they should be, I see no logic in not updating.

Not to keen on the new Menu Bar icon, I liked the old Heart, meh, i'll get used to it, as long as it's faster

For those who liked the heart icon better, there's a hidden command that you have to type in Terminal (quit CS before)

defaults write com.sophiestication.CoverSutra gender 'female'

I'm having a little problem with the new version, when I change a song using a shortcut the bezel that shows up doesn't include song info and artwork like in this screenshot (taken from Coversutra site)

All I get is:

Looks like the 2.1.1 update has fixed it. Strange, I actually found it was a feature, I just assumed it was made simpler for simplicity's sake.

Exactly, surely on a PC you can find 10000000s of say, Torrent clients, but 9999999204 of them are rubbish, whereas on a mac you can find 15-20 torrent apps and they are all more or less awesome, just an example, can be used for any app.

+1, why have Windows Media Player, VLC Media Player, KPlayer, Media Player Classic when you can just have QuickTime :D

Oh wait, better example, why have...

AIM, WLM, GTalk, Yahoo, MySpace, FaceBook IM... when you can have Adium? LMAO

I'm not an LTD, i'm a Vegetunks/Asphyxia8489, I R TEH RULE

It's not so much that there aren't many good apps for OSX. I just hate the fact that something so simple as this isn't free. It's a nice program, but not really worth buying.

+1, I got it with the MacHeist bundle so it dosnt feel like quite so much of a drain on funding.

    • BS, I've yet to run into a typical pc user that uses it at all, let alone half the population.

    • The site is pretty sparse on features / tech specs. Can I plug it into a PC/hone/Switch via USB-C and use it as an external display? If so, what's the virtual resolution of the screen, the refresh rate, PPI of the image etc? Is the text crisp enough to use for coding at say 12pt? Is it good enough for playing dark games, like say Path of Exile 2? How about fast games like car racing games? Just how do they expect anyone to order this thing without giving out all this info?
