I use the one that comes with vista but the the WChannel you posted looks ok.

I hope better looking gadgets start coming out using silverlight.

I've used a few in the past: WeatherChannel, AccuWeather, WeatherBug, MSN Weather

I've settled (for the time being) on MSN Weather.

The WeatherEye works great for me since I actually use The Weather Network...

iWeather It's the same as the default weather gadget, although the location is a link to the relevant Live Weather page (on the default one, you can only do this when the gadget is undocked).

I've been using the Weather Underground Sidebar Gadget it has a lot of features like:

- animated radar

- Weather webcams

- Weather alerts

- 3-day forecast

- current conditions in detail, including dewpoint, humidity, pressure, and visibility

all without having to drag it onto the desktop. :)
