Sure youre not Dexters third brother or something? :D

Let me tell you this...you would not want to meet Hurmoth on a dark night or if you have double crossed him you might be missing a kidney come the morning!

I watched season 1 and 2 in a week and was blown away. The show definitely lives up to the hype and acclaim. Was sad to see Doakes die since he was actually a good cop. I felt bad for Lila yet i didn't. She was controller and evil, but seemed to have some sort of protective interest on Dexter. The first season was pure greatness, one of the best seasons to ANY TV series. The end of season 2 was great. Can't wait for season 3.

I should really pick up the books and see how it differs from the series.

The books are definitely worth the read, the first book has quite a few similarities to the tv show, but enough differences to make it interesting and enjoyable read.

The second book I feel should have been made into the second series as I preferred it to the second tv series, very graphic! I haven't read the third book because of the change in direction, but I plan too.

You can grab any of the books for a fiver @ play.com

Why the spoiler tags above? The show was aired already.

Some people may come here liking what they hear so go out and the buy/rent the dvd's they don't want to know what happens before hand but then again don't enter the Season 3 thread :p

Former "NYPD Blue" star Jimmy Smits has joined the cast of Showtime's drama series "Dexter," which begins its third season in the fall.

Smits will portray Miguel Prado, an ambitious, charismatic assistant district attorney who comes from one of Miami's most politically powerful and beloved families.

Dexter (Michael C. Hall), a blood-spatter expert for the Miami Police Department who moonlights as a serial killer, will join forces with Prado, who has risen in the ranks because his aggressive stance against crime, in the pursuit of a murderer who affects both of their lives directly.

Smits will be featured in 10 of the third season's 12 episodes. He most recently starred in the short-lived CBS family drama "Cane."

Season one was probably the single greatest season of tv I have ever seen.

I actually thought S2 was better. S2 finale was totally kickass. But definitely both of them were mindblowing. Awesome writing complemented by awesome acting.

A friend who has read the third book said that its a load of crap. The third book as supernatural elements and the ending is supposedly cheap. But, since the serial isnt really following the book closely hopefully the show would still be awesome as always.

    • I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.
    • CPPC states can also be messed around with in most UEFI settings but aren't as robust as the ones that the Windows Scheduler can provide! Make sure you look into what your motherboard also has before customizing for the Windows Scheduler.
