Firefox 3 RC1 Scrolling Bug

I've installed Firefox 3 RC1 on my vista laptop, and I've noticed that whenever I scroll down a page with embedded video (ie. youtube), the page will scroll down to some point and just jump back. I cannot scroll down past this point. The only way I can continue to scroll down is by clicking anywhere on the page. This is rather annoying...

I was just wondering if anyone else was experincing this issue or it was just me..

This does not happen with me. Although on this site , it seems to scroll a little on its own. I will make a post and then after it completes it sort of jumps up a little.

That picture has a horizontal scroll bar try moving it.
