It was Japan's Ministry of International Trade and Industry that temporarily placed the console on an export restriction to anywhere because it's high-speed graphic processing supposedly could be used for missile guidance. It was later allowed for export to the US, Europe, and other allies but still restricted for some countries like Iraq. Did the US lobby for that? Probably but it's weird to word your comment like the US had total over that. -

Hey,
Does anyone know how you can disable image quoting in IPB?
So when a user makes a post with an image and someone quotes the post the image tags get removed. Is this possible?
