[IPB]pm's (content) don't appear after changing server

hi all

I've changed the server , installed a new version of IPB , exported and re-imported the database

everything is fine (members , topics and posts) , except the all personal messages' content doesn't appear !! , they appear as subjects , when you click the subject you find an empty message !! , very weird

although I found them in the database in table ibf_message_text

the very weird thing also , that I have about 2000 PM , the last 10 (the least recent) open normally , the rest open a blank PM

Note , I sent myself a PM , it opens normally and the content appears , rebuilt the posts but nothing changed

any help ?
