I guess you could go for the 2600XT AGP. It would let you run those two games with decent frame rate.

For the HD 2600XT you need to use the Omega Drivers, unless ATI has fixed the Catalyst. And yes just about any PSU can run this card without a problem.

I'm in the same situation... I currently have a very old AGP card that's dieing. And by old, I mean Geforce TI4600. I mainly play WoW, and TF2. What would be a good card to upgrade until I can afford to build a new computer? I was thinking about a 7800GS but I'm not sure...
