+1 on the Finder issue I can now watch my mountains of .... content without QuickLook popping up every 30 seconds :D

My right clicking issue is still here, might run a full set of hard drive diagnostics overnight just to see if this is a prelude to something nasty.

Speaking of preludes, anyone else think that we'll see the iPhone 2 software in the next few days?

if im not mistaken the 2.0 update comes out the 11th alongside the launch of the new iphone 3g. someone correct me if i'm wrong?

Firmware 2.0 will be out on the 11th.

iPhone 2.0 software will be available on July 11 as a free software update via iTunes? 7.7 or later for all iPhone customers.
Do you know if Mobile Me will show up in the operating system itself on the 11th as well (perhaps as a hard-coded date that all of the .Mac branding switches over), or will there be another update for this?

I can't speak to this, I haven't really heard one way or the other how the MobileMe Rollover will occur.

Hmm, I thought 10.5.4 would bring MobileMe branding to the OS. Guess I was wrong.

The reality distortion machine strikes again! ;) Seriously though, I didn't see the branding happening till the product was online.

BTW, to those with the iMac icon problem...I have received confirmation up the chain, HOPEFULLY this is now slated to fix in 5.5. (Apparently several people reported this to bugreports and also several staff noticed as well.)

There isn't a sigle mobile me image or icon located within the installer package, so I doubt something "hardcoded" will switch things over at a given date.

Better late than never, I guess. :)
