[URGENT] Need help finding service

I want to buy the Microsoft SLP Basic package (http://www.microsoft.com/slps/how-to-buy.aspx). It is very reasonably priced ($42/month)... Problem is, according to Microsoft (and I called them), it isn't available in Canada.

Are there any similar services with similar pricing?

I called all the North America reps. They all said they only sell the non-Basic models. I then called Microsoft, and 30 minutes later I was told I have to go througn a re-seller Si U called back the re-seller and explained MS's position... and they again refrerred eme to MS. Like, seriousy! WTF?!?
