I found the sniper to be slightly overpowered. There are players out there that can kill you with a sniper rifle before you can even blink.

Snipers almost always camp the same spots so once you learn the maps they are easy to avoid... and as Harreh said use your smoke!

I just ended a game with a score of 58-27 using the US Army assault class. Not bad considering the fact that I don't play this game regularly. I forgot which map it was but I spawned on a beach near some boats.

I'm actually surprised that Day of Defeat: Source is only $4.99 (until July 10). Get it while you can!

I can't believe they reduced it to $5. I wasn't going to buy it but after trying it out for the free weekend and seeing the price I couldn't refuse. Bargain. It's also much more fun than I was expecting.
