Chris Powell is like 21 or something, he is an amature but most of his works are a lot better than the leading DJs of the world. Well he was rated top 1000 DJs in the world, so by far he is no amature.

I'd go for Fatboy Slim, he is absolutely ace and he brings the music to a much wider audience. Out of the list you've compiled I'd probably say Tiesto.
