Bittorrent Pros and Cons, Help Please!

Hi Guys,

I'm doing a small exploratory project for uni and my area of emphasis is on Bittorrent technologies.

Basically my team is to explore the pros and cons of using bittorrent technology. This does not necessarily have to address the piracy issues related to bittorrent but can also include latest developments on the bittorrent front.

My only experience with bittorrent is with azereus and i've limited knowledge on how it works. Was wondering if some of the neowinians here could point me in the right direction to search for more relevant information?

I know googling works but it'd help to narrow my search if there were specific issues or technology keywords that i could search for.

Jeez, I've been using Bittorrent for years. Hell, I'm using μTorrent right now.
