How to remove buddy icons from Pidgin buddy list..

Just seeing if anyone here knows the option to removed the buddy icons on the right side of peoples names. I looked all over and can't see anything! If anyone knows feel free to post the solution. Thanks!

Toggle off Show buddy icons.

[Preferences] -> "Conversations" -> [] Show buddy icons

Thats what I thought... only problem is I don't have that option.. lol.

Weird stuff. What version are you using? I can't see your picture since I'm at work and a lot of domains are blocked (i.e. imageshack).

Anyhow, If I recall properly, they replaced it with "Show detailed information", due to functions shared between other protocols or something.

That's why I use finch (Pidgin's CLI client) in *nix... Got sick of some of Pidgin's ****.

Well, you can toggle off Buddies > Show > Buddy Details.
