What shows did you initially hate and then warm up to?

Angel

Same here. At first, I didn't like it, but then after getting used to it and watching it for a while, I really liked it a lot. I even bought the DVDs. However, as time went on, people started making fun of me for watching it. So I eventually felt ashamed, stopped watching it, and sold my DVDs on Ebay. Why can't people just leave me alone and let me watch what I want to watch? This is why i don't watch anymore TV shows.

Boston Legal

Buffy

Star Trek : TNG ( I musta been retarded on my first few viewings)

Seinfeld (watched one ep, and thought, whats the point of this show)

Charmed

Two shows I could never understand when I was young were: Yes Minister and Cheers.

Now those two shows I love - I'll happily watch repeats :D

The show I hate the most, and still do is Crossing Jordan. How on earth can a person, who does nothing the whole episode, get a show named after her?

The second show I hate then and still hate today is Seinfield. It was an ok show that was over rated and flogged to death.

The worst show is 30 Rock - a prime example of a crap show which is praised by 'critics' and yet, hardly anyone watches.

South Park. I could not stand it at first, I unno, something about a talking piece of poo turned me off. But now, suprisingly, I watch it every day lol.

+1. I find that too disturbing

Heroes

Same here. I saw a few episodes of season 1 and thought it was pretty mediocre, and then the more I watched season 1, the more I was hooked.

I never bothered with the Shield before. I didn't think it looked bad, didn't think it looked good. I watched season 1 and God was I missing out all these years.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force is another one. I thought only stoners would find it funny. Now not every episode is good, but it is't bad.

I still stand by late night adult swim being for stoners though. Except Shin Chan. Anyone can appreciate that shows awesomeness.

    • draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 by Razvan Serea draw.io desktop is a downloadable security-first diagramming application that runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics. Generate diagrams from text descriptions using our smart templates. Diagram faster with keyboard shortcuts. draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 changelog: Uses electron 42.5.0 #2452 Updates to draw.io core 30.2.6.
