Controlling Sound Cards

I have a built in Sound card that has some problems that I cant fix so got new PCI sound card and disabled the Built-In one

But seems that the online multimedia (i.e youtube) runs with the settings to use the built in -disabled- sound card

How to make browsers work using the new sound card not the disabled one ?

changing some settings and using the default settings made them run on the wanted card
