Jennifer's Body (From the Creators of Juno)

Hopefully the horny teenaged boys (and girls I guess..) will get over Ms. Fox rather quickly. I think she sucks, horribly. She can't act. She isn't THAT hot looking compared to other (older) actors. Plus, she's apparently a huge diva bitch, and has let fame really get to her. Oh well. Can't win em all.

Megan, ride that Transformers gravy train for all it's worth baby. When it's over, you are over. :)

HECK YEAH!

Toe thumbs.

It meant it sarcastically. I can't stand Megan Fox. She's mildly attractive, but nothing to write home about.

She's a horrible actor and considering some of the stuff she's said, she'll be lucky to work very long in the business if she doesn't learn to keep her damn mouth shut.

Elisha Cuthbert acted like a "huge diva bitch"?

 i hope not...

Uhm, actually... A girl I am friends with, has friends that know the guy that worked with Elisha on PMK. She was invited to a party that the guy was having and Elisha was there. From what I was told Elisha talked to noone except the guy who's party it was and apparently was really rude, and stuck up to anyone that tried to talk to her.

Sum up review from Ain't It Cool News (Click if you want to read the whole thing.)

The best thing about JENNIFER'S BODY is the casting. Fox and Seyfried deliver pretty terrific performances overall. Fox does know how to keep things sexy and bitchy, while still giving some zing to Cody's distinctive and sometimes funny dialogue. Seyfried is good at burying her looks and sunshiny personality, as she's required to here. She's meant to be the girl who blends in, but she's also required to get increasingly anxious and gutsy as the film progresses. I also really like toupee-sporting J.K. Simmons (big surprise) as one of the girls' teachers. He's got what I believe is a painful-to-the-ears Minnesota accent and a hook hand. I don't know how you could ask for more. But these great acting touches don't quite make up for the shortfall in the writing. The script and its ideas feel dated, and I kind of wish Cody had maybe given it another pass to make it feel fresh and relevant. In its current state, JENNIFER'S BODY feels choppy, disjointed and void of many screams or laughs. I was an unapologetic lover of JUNO from Day 1, and I'm mad about Cody's TV series, "The United States of Tara," but this one just doesn't cut it. I'm disappointed as both a horror lover and a Diablo admirer. I guess I'll have to satisfy myself with her entertaining Tweets and pop-culture columns in Entertainment Weekly until the next script.

Not doing so well at the box office.

Exactly. No way I'd waste money on this in the cinema. I'd rather watch cloudy with a chance of meatballs. :D

I still can't believe there is a movie with that name!

    • Cheap labour, the same as the U.K. China pays their people pittance.
    • Those people that come over here on boats are already in a safe country, if they want to come over here then do so correctly though the right channels. I was born in the U.K, my family that came over here came so via the proper means. My partner came here via the correct channels, she also became a British citizen, she knows more about this country than most of them that was born here, including myself, she worked hard to do what she does. She will stick up for this country and have done a few times, when people from her own part of world have put the U.K down. We are not going to agree, all I said to start with is that maybe Trump has the right idea with this America first thing and maybe we should start doing the same. Maybe not as drastic as what he is doing, but we do need to sort this country out, we need to sort out tech instead of relying on the U.S and others. Again you have not shown why you are so annoyed that we have left the E.U and this is what it is all about? If you don't live in the U.K and live in the E.U are you annoyed that we left your little club? If you live in the U.K and is pro-E.U, then fair enough then I can see how it annoys you. Are you one of these people who lives in the U.K and have a holiday chalet in the E.U and can now only stay there for so long? If so, then that is bad luck. As I have posted before, I have no problem with people coming here to work, as long as they do if via the proper channels. We are out of the E.U, people voted out, and maybe if more people had voted instead of sitting on their backsides the results would have been different. But they like the E.U and our government thought no we would not vote to leave. How wrong they were, surprised me. I expected to wake up in the morning and hear on the radio that we voted to stay. As I said, we are out and have been for 10 years, we are not going to go back in anytime soon if we ever do, so we all need to make the best of how things are. Anyway, this is supposed to be a tech site.
    • Tim Cook: "The US over time began to stop having as many vocational kinds of skills." What's the point of wasting time getting those skills if you can't get a job with them? Good Lord, maybe he and his cohort of CEO's who exported all these jobs to China should just shut the f**k up :D
