Suggest me a dessert!

I'm going to make dessert for my coworkers tomorrow, and I have to decide on an interesting dessert! Anyone knows an interesting or authentic dessert recipe?

Jell-o chocolate pudding :p ... add banana slices.

Depending on how heavy you want the dessert to be, I have two of my favorites here:

Creme Brulee with raspberrys. Easy to make and can do the night beforehand and stick in the fridge.

Lemon Meringue Pie.

On my final day of work I baked a Guinness Cake and used icing to make it look like a very short and wide pint of guinness.

Souffles was my original idea, it sure seems like a hard to make dessert, but then I realized it is a hard to make dessert. But I guess I can try it out.

Unfortunately there is no peanut butter culture here so can't even try that second one :)

Sorbet actually seems very neat.

That's also very nice.. Both sorbet and creme brulee seems appropriate for the weather.
