New to Intel CPUs, looking for utilities

Just got a new Intel system. In the past I used AMDClock from AMD to check the CPU frequency, to ensure the multiplier was down then the system was idle.

I have been to the Intel site and its not giving me anything like that. What kind of utilities can I use to see this?

Thanks for this idea. Tried RMClock, I am on Vista x64 and its appears to be a huge problem with RMClock and Vista x64 and unsigned drivers.

It's also portable and works on pretty much any computer.
