Newegg is coming to Canada?!

i have dealing with them heavily for 4 years. I would not shop anywhere else. They are so powerful that manufactures that care read the reviews of their products and often chime in and say contact us we will make this right.

I bet easily I have placed 500 orders and only once was there a mistake. i did not even catch it until very much later. i ordered 2 - 500 gig drives and they sent a 500 & a 400gig. the raid was in service before i caught it.

you will be glad to have that choice

This doesn't necessarily mean the deals will be as good as the US Newegg. I think we may be getting too excited about this announcement. I'll be excited when I will see extremely cheap things like in the US Newegg. The problem is that everything is more expensive in Canada. Look at the cars. In some cases I have seen cars that are $15,000 more in Canada than they are in the US.

Believe it or not... but for the past few months I've seen things cheaper in Canada than the US as far as computers goes. Otherwise they are fairly competitive.

NCIX is better to change fast...

NewEgg as a FAR but REALLY FAR more convenient site.

With advanced search and better, more descriptive information on the product, more images of higher quality, and no copy paste Specs from Makers Site.

Can't wait to see NewEgg here, as soon it's here I will buy something right away to test it.

It's about friggin time!

I used to live in IL and bought stuff from NewEgg all the time. The only comparsion we had in Canada was either NCIX, Tigerdirect or the local CanadaComputers (at least here in Toronto).

If they operate the way they do in the US, all I have tell my fellow Canucks is that you won't be disappointed when it comes to delivery times, rates and service. I definitely hope this will bring down prices from competition.

But most importantly, I can't wait until NewEgg spits in the face of these stores in Toronto (or any region) that advertise a "Regular" and "Cash discounted" price  to get around making you pay the extra 3% for using credit cards.

UK minimum wage - ?5.73 - $8.92

US minimum wage - $7.25 - ?4.66

I'd kill to have the chance to make $9/hr.

Lol here in Calgary you get 12 bucks to work at McDonalds. Of course in Canada gas and cars are uber expensive.
