Smallville Season 8!

Yay for Jimmy coming back! Again the episode was okay I knew that Tess was up to something (she can strap a bomb to me anyday) What I didn't get is how Clark made her get unconscious on the plane :s

Up Up and away? - I hope that really means something, and not just a single jump  8 Seasons and Clark isn't Superman? I think it's about time. They keep on hinting so much yet milk it till the very end..I sure hope the wait was worth it.

Can't wait for next week!

He folded the tube that was supplying oxygen.

they probably couldn't come up with a way...so they just didn't show us....

I think they didn't want to open up another can of worms. They obviously want to milk this without making it overly complicated. Overall, I think the episodes are getting better and actually starting to build some storylines rather than just random scenes. Looks like Davis is trying to be a hero, but does it by murdering. Basically the opposite of Clark.

but that could of killed her?

You lose consciousness minutes before the brain actually dies due to lack of oxygen. If you notice, Clark left the oxygen mask still on so she could breath unconsciously until just before he was ready to pick her up and jump out. So, they directed that scene quite realistically for the most part.

The one thing I noticed was when Tess was telling Clark a secret, Clark's left eye (closer to the camera) was redder than his other eye was white and normal. What's up with that?

Eye infection?

I thought it was an ok ep. But as Joel said, there's a major plot hole. Not only how she survived, but people should be asking questions because there was no parachute and if he crash landed, then there must have been an almightly hole in the ground.

The new storyline with Jimmy is exciting though.

Ahh Makes more sense!

and I think the eye issue is because she just had an operation to take out the all seeing eye that was watching her every move.

i thought it was a better episode than the past, sucks for jimmy and chloe. Looking ahead from what i saw as far as previews the next couple of weeks are going to be very interesting. Tess defiantly knows about clarks secret, Im still trying to figure out what the deal is with Lex though. I mean technically Lex is not supposed to know Clarks secret right?

Did you miss the end of season 7? Lex has always had an idea that Clark was different, and the question was answered at the end of Season 7 in the final episode where Lex and Clark are at the Fortress of Solitude.

The next few episodes should be starting to gear up for the Clark/Davis battle.

Preview of the next 3 episodes, Hex, Stilleto and Eternal

+Antaris, I know about last season, saw the finale.

What I meant was that, while I know this show doesnt always follow along with the superman series, Lex in that series never knows clarks secret. So is smallville going to completely divert from that?

Originally, I think Smallville was intended to be the story that lead up to the Superman movies, but its diverged into its own universe now, so things can be different from what you expect.

If you can sum up this season, it's The Justice League, The Legion, Doomsday/Bloom Davis, Tess Mercer, Maxima, Kara, Clark as Red-Blue blur (Doing his Superboy Hero), Lois Hotter than ever! And, Chloe & Jimmy's relationship, A More mature Lana leaves Clark, a Missing Lex.

Here is some keywords for the upcoming episodes:

Zatanna

Young Lex/Young Doomsday(Davis)

Lois

Green Arrow/Doomsday (Oliver/Davis Bloom)

Plastique, Parasite, Fallout, and Voltage.

Season Finale - Doomsday, Justice League, and Death!

    • Are they marketed as an entry into astronomy or astrophotography? I do astrophotography. With big rigs, lots of computers, cables and headaches. I love it. And by learning this ridiculously complex hobby, I’ve learned about the objects I’m shooting. Astronomy followed from photography.
    • Microsoft confirms Recycle Bin bug across all versions of Windows by Usama Jawad A couple of days ago, we reported that the latest Patch Tuesday update has seemingly resulted in a lot of issues for many users, including OneDrive and Dropbox access problems, BitLocker recovery lockouts, and BSODs. Although Microsoft is yet to acknowledge these bugs, it has confirmed another, relatively smaller issue across all supported versions of Windows. In an update on its Windows Release Health Dashboard, Microsoft has confirmed that after installing June's Patch Tuesday update (KB5094126), you'll experience unexpected behavior when leveraging Recycle Bin. Basically, when you attempt to delete an item from the Recycle Bin, the confirm dialog will show you the internal file name of that content rather than the actual name. For example, the file may be named abc.png, but the confirm dialog will ask if you're sure that you want to permanently delete $Rxxxxx.png from the Recycle Bin. This is pretty much it for the scope of the bug itself; it just displays the wrong name in the confirm dialog. The correct name will be shown in the list view of the Recycle Bin and if you restore the file, it will return with the correct name as well. This issue affects pretty much all supported versions of Windows client and server, including: Client: Windows 11, version 26H1; Windows 11, version 25H2; Windows 11, version 24H2; Windows 11, version 23H2; Windows 10, version 22H2; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 Server: Windows Server 2025; Windows Server 2022; Windows Server 2019; Windows Server 2016; Windows Server 2012 R2; Windows Server 2012 As things currently stand, Microsoft is working on a concrete solution that will be released in a "future" Windows update. It remains to be seen if the firm will wait till the next Patch Tuesday or roll out an out-of-band (OOB) fix. The good news is that commercial customers can deploy a workaround right now, but they will have to reach out to Microsoft Support for Business for additional details.
    • They said by this time everyone will have flying cars. WELL...
    • A study by physicist Henry Tye of Cornell University suggests that the universe may not expand forever. Instead, it could eventually stop expanding, begin contracting and end in a "Big Crunch" roughly 20 billion years from now. Maybe not as we now know that time can flow backwards.
    • Of course. Simply reverse the polarity.
