Called this number but asking to enter my passcode and press pound?

Im selling my tv to this guy , I talked with him before and he was eager to buy. I didnt hear from him in 2 days so I called him up but when I dialed his number, I get a message saying " please enter your passcode and press pound".

Whats happening?

Yeah answerphone that's not set up properly. If you've not heard anything as yet, then assume it's a no-deal, and keep looking. If he rings back and you've sold it, then it's tough for him.
