where can I send the bill for you wasting my bandwidth and time?

Although I did get a good laugh. What kind of a dork takes a video of his car revving. lmfao.

A dork? And this is coming from a computer geek? Look, just because you work for the Geek Squad and drive around in a little VW bug, doesn't make you any cooler than the next clingon. Why don't you spend more time helping people with your amazing knowledge and less time criticizing others. Jesus, you'd make a strong argument for abortion rights.

I believe I just did help others: SAVE YOUR BANDWIDTH.

Kind of hard to tell from that clip. But I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you're running straight pipes with high-flow cats. Sounds good though. Also, ignore the retards in here saying save your bandwidth. I guess they like 4cyl civics with foldger coffee cans that sound like ****ed off bumble bees lol. I'll take a V8 any day (and not in a SUV either, i like my sports cars). And for the record, I drive a 2005 Pontiac GTO with Flowmaster Super 40s and dual 2.5" cutouts (which are closed at the moment because they're loud as crap lol). Right now I'm averaging 18.2mpg in the city, which is really good for a 400hp V8. Once I get those long tube headers and get it retuned, I should be able to get closer to 20mpg in the city.

Thanks for the reply Ice. Those GTO's are nice! I must say I beat one a couple of months ago, not by much. Nice choice in a sports car though, I bet it sounds tough with flows.

And for the record, that's bone stock exhaust for a Bullitt. They come from the factory with tuned, high flow exhaust.

Nice. Sounds pretty good, especially for a stock exhaust. The stock exhaust on the GTO wasn't too bad, it just wasn't quite loud enough for me. The Flowmaster Super 40s have a really nice tone to them, and they're not really loud either. Still a little on the quiet side though. My uncle has a '99 Z28, and he's been telling me to get the SLP LoudMouth II set up. I think i have a sound clip of the Super 40s on my website. Quality isn't that great since I took it with my digital camera lol. Gets the job done though.

Just do a Right-Click, Save As on it. Like I said though, video isn't that great, I did it when I first got them put on (also had the muffler shop make me a custom H-Pipe for it too).

Links broken?

you mispelled Klingon

and....

i too would like my bandwidth back

Nice sound from a stock exhaust. You really should get a better cam for next time! :)

And to all the others : DON'T CLICK on the link if you don't care! Don't even comment if you don't like Mustang. And I'm happy if YOU care that much about MPG, don't come here bashing about it. My god people, grow up, you sound like babies "I want my bandwidth back".

You guys that are complaining actually took your time to click on this post that is clearly marked and then took the time to click on his video link. What exactly did you think the video would be of? Unicorns prancing under rainbows?

Lots of video of exhausts on youtube. They are useful to car enthusiasts when comparing different exhausts as we can hear what the exhaust would sound like on our cars. Certainly quicker and cheaper than going through 5 or 6 exhausts to find the note your want.

Nice mustang. I would have guessed Borla also.

The link in my previous post works for me. Not sure what's going on. Did you try to save it or did you just click it?

I also agree with what rathefeare said. I did the same thing when I was trying to decide what exhaust I wanted on my car. I know Flowmasters don't perform the best, but they are one of the best sounding mufflers out. A lot of people would be surprised at how crappy the tuning is on a stock car as well. Just a tune alone could get you 10-15hp and a smoother, more efficient running engine. Doing small modifications can increase gas mileage, as long as it's not a modification that requires more fuel to support (like a cam or blower). Basic bolt on mods are "benefits" to the vehicle.

god that sounded awful :/

I'd be willing to bet that you're one of those people that has a riced out dodge neon with a 3 foot aluminum wing and a weedwhacker tip. I suppose if you prefer your cars to sound like a weedwhacker, then you wouldn't enjoy a deep, throaty exhaust. More power to you.
