Java Virtual Machine

Hi! I have trouble seeing some sites related to my school made with Java i think.

My computer are asking for Java Virtual Machine, and gives a link to a microsoft.com site, but the link appears to be dead. I've tried Sun Java, but then i just get a error when i try to load the pages in my browser.

Does anyone now where to find Microsoft Java Virtual Machine?

go to somewhere like filemirrors.com and search for msjavax86.exe, I did a search on google for "microsoft java machine download" theres loads of site with locations :)

Here's the link to the SDK, I recommend installing that as well, though it's a slow download.

filemirrors.com is an excellent site for finding things if you know the exact file name.

Windows update has had the file for a long time it was updated reciently to version 5.0.3809 because of a security issue, MS tend to have Java download hidden under the guise of Security Updates

you will find the above file in Critical updates & service packs........ listed as

810030: Microsoft VM security update ( post date: March 11, 2003 ) 5.1mb
