Format : www.youtube.com/[video-id]&fmt=18.

Often there's already a '&' in the adress, delete everything after it and replace with fmt=18.

It took me a long time to find an easy way to actually export and upload videos to youtube that would show the "Watch in high Quality" options. This is how to encode the video in Quicktime - its on the Mac but works on the PC as well.

I tried a random video and fmt=22 did nothing to make a difference. I'm guessing it's still quite limited and I'd rather have a higher quality on all videos as opposed to the highest quality on only a few.

Yeah, fmt=18 loads the iPhone/iPod Touch version of the video, which all the videos have been encoded into (Although depending on the source, that might not be higher quality)

fmt=22 shows a ultra high quality version, but it needs to be encoded with the right settings (Same way you need to encode video with certain settings to get it to show the High Quality link underneath the video)
