100% secure is sort of like infinity, it's not something you can achieve it's only something you can strive for. Probably some of the more secure OS's would be large systems, like VMS or OS/400. They aren't easily obtained by someone without thousands of dollars. So you aren't going to see many people with a lot of knowledge in them, much less the ability to hack them. But as for the most secure common desktop OS, I'd say OpenBSD and then probably FreeBSD. Although honestly, a properly managed Windows, Mac or Linux system is extremely secure. It's generally the user making them most vulnerable, and not the system itself.
