haha, your busting on my for cussing, when you have the grammar of a third grader.

I love it when people use bad grammar to complain about someone else's grammar.

It is "you're" and "me" in the statement "you're busting on me for cussing". :ninja:

Thread Cleaned

Before several people go trolling the "rules" again, please read this thread: https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=639781. Installing OSX on non-Apple hardware is indeed a breach of the EULA, however, policing the EULA is a civil matter, not a legal one, therefore it is not illegal to install OSX on non-Apple hardware.

So does this mean people will get a warning removed if they got one for talking about OS X86 and the like? Cause that would be kinda nice, you know.. since it's OK to do now.....

If it was against the rules when it was issued... Guess what? :p

When the hell did they change their opinions on that here? I thought this place walked on eggshells about anything even remotely related to anything illegal?

Because violating a EULA is a support issue, not a criminal one. :) You get no support if you install OSX on a standard PC. It's ok to discuss it here now as long as you don't discuss how to obtain it other than buying it from the store.

take Chain0 from your mac cd/dvd located /usr/standalone/i386/chain0 and put it in C:/ and in windows goto run and type C:/boot.ini and copy, C:\chain0="Mac OS x86" , and add it onto a new line..save it and when u boot u should see an option for both, select mac and on mine after that it says hit any key for boot options do that and then select mac again, could just be mine on the extra step or iono but i am runnin iAtkos v2.0i on my dell inspiron 1720 w/ XP Pro
