How is it not? You put information up on the internet, it's in the public domain. You can try to restrict access to different people, but you always need to be aware that there is a possibility, however small, it can be viewed, especially if there are glaring security holes that allow for it to be viewed.

Private profiles on MySpace are an illusion of privacy, nothing more. They are not protected by the right to privacy, and viewing a private profile is not an invasion of privacy.

How on earth could it be illegal for your VP, or anyone on the mother ****ing planet, to view what you willingly and knowingly put on a public website? This just seriously boils my blood... I think its BS to punish kids for what they put on the internet period.

Yea the administrators can view it and tell everybody they know about it, but NOTHING gives them the right to punish teh kids at school for it.
