OEM Key with VLK XP SP3 CD

Hi,

Does a slipstreamed XP SP3 VLK CD accept OEM product keys? I'm pretty sure the older vlk CDs did not, but I don't know if SP3 changed that.

when it comes to licensing, no it won't work due to different licence framework in VLK version to OEM.
