trigger_my_passion
I made a post on how to set a keyboard shortcuts that will automate the steps of focusing the address bar, pasting the copied URL and hitting Go. Win+v: Pastes the URL (should have been already copied) in the address bar and hits return. Win+Alt+v: Paste and go in a new tab. gigapixels Veteran Posted September 8, 2008 Veteran Share Posted September 8, 2008 Kinda strange they're using the Windows key for that. I would have figured Shift+Ctrl. I always thought of the Windows key being used for system functions or global shortcuts. trigger_my_passion
There's no rule that windows key must be used. It can be easily changed to your desired modifier (ctrl, alt, shift etc. or any combination of these).
