Watching this series you really have to forget everything you were taught and know about vampires.

Apparently biting is allowed, you won't become one if you get bit. You simply "become" one as Bill says.

Silver ****s them up for some reason, I thought it was only ware wolves but I guess not!

Episode 3 was freaky, I swear as this show goes on its going to get really weird on us!

Anna Paquin and her hand = pure win! :D

Well the whole show is just an excuse to how off hot nearly naked men for the chicks and bad softcore porn for the guys :p

Yeah its really near the knuckle but then again it goes out quite late in America doesn't it like 9/10pm? We have full naked people on our telly at 8pm

Did you just quote gregbob word for word?

Sam barks in his sleep. He's rolling around in Dawn's bedsheets because of her scent, like a dog. A dog watches over Sookie. Let's put these pieces together. :o

I forgot he barked in his sleep! well indeed it is coming together!

@funkymunky I thought I had seen him recently in a tv show!

True Blood is based off The Southern Vampire series of books. There are a total of 8 and 9 is basically done i believe. I think we are only in the first 100 pages so far in the TV series

Anyways, you can find out why Sam was smelling Dawn's sheets in the end. As stated above you can practically put it together if you have half a brain. Except for the fact that he is NOT a werewolf. If you want to be spoiled look it up and you'll probably read about what happens in the entire series.

Alan Ball is awesome so i hope this series pumps it up, season 2 was already confirmed. Alan Ball has already stated (and the author has confirmed) that he has 100% control and will slowly not go page for page by the book. Like Lafayette (the funny ass cook!) doesn't come into the series until Book 2 but obviously that was changed.

Eric is 1000 years old but there is a female vamp higher than him that is 1200 yo and in charge of all Louisiana. ( Alexander Skarsgard was so good in Generation Kill, and with his 5 minutes in Episode 4.....he seemed so...morbid! :jump:

Honestly, the show is pretty interesting and intriguing. I am usually not into Vampire/Werewolf stuff but i watched the pilot and was hooked since Ep.2. If you have On Demand i recommend giving it a try.

I'm not quite sure I like this series :/ I've watched the first 3 parts now and it just doesn't feel like it's going anywhere. It's got one hell of a slow pace. I'll continue watching for now and hope it gets better.

Although, Anna Paquin & Lynn Collins definitely make it worth watching some times ;)

    • I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.
    • CPPC states can also be messed around with in most UEFI settings but aren't as robust as the ones that the Windows Scheduler can provide! Make sure you look into what your motherboard also has before customizing for the Windows Scheduler.
