adobe flash cs3 tutorials

i have designed the graphics for my nav bar and would like to code them in flash. I have imported them to flash cs3 via ps2fla from medilab and am now ready to add a bit of "magic". i know very little about flash therefore what would you recommend i read, on-line tuts, ebook etc etc so i can achieve a working navbar ?

Im just looking to create an almost roll-over type arrangement whereby another graphic is loaded upon mouse hover on a particular button. like a bevelled button being pressed if you like.

but i also want to maybe alter the "alpha" from 0-100% in sequence for each button upon movie startup so it looks nicer

Any help/tips/direction would be much appreciated.

What you want cant be made in CSS much easier, however i recommend that you just google for a tutorial if you want to use Flash.

However an increasing amount of people are installing Flash blocking software as the Flash ad's are annoying ;)
