[Looking for] Completely Transparent Theme

I have this cool idea for a theme which would have the task bar completely transparent except the start button and the boxes around the current running processes. Has such a theme been already made? If so which topic is it in cause I looked through most of theme and I wasn't finding anything like that.

EDIT: I am looking for an Aero edit. Same start button.

Nice idea, although, i'd prefer it to have an altered start button on a skinnier task bar :)

Trouble is, white text (task titles) don't work on a clear taskbar/Start Menu - hence why it's tinted. For reasons I know not, windows title text is manages to avoid this by using that cool hazed text background.

Well again the "applications" would have a box outlining them with the same semi-transparent background. Kind of like small boxes just hovering beside the start button.
