Every Neowinian has to wake up and face reality: It's a new day, I gotta get ready!

Usually, I'd say I take about 40 minutes before I'm out of the house the moment I woke up after bashing the hell out of Snooze on my alarm clock.

Old job,

I'd have to be at work Thursdays at 7am until 3pm. Fridays and Saturdays 7am-11pm.

I'd wake up at around 5:50-5:55am, get dressed and go, stop get gas if needed and food for later in the day. I'd get to work around 640am-645am. Go in, get a sheet, pillow, jump on the couch and go back to sleep.

Ahh cant wait to go back!

Alarm wakes me up at 6:02... I snooze it until 7:00... take a shower... finish at about 7:20... get dressed+smell good then leave at about 7:40... drive to work and get there at about 7:59. I have a mad rush to work... tend to speed a lot. I need to stop snoozing so much.

Then at work I actually "wake up"... I rarely remember the drive there. I'm on auto pilot.

I wake up at 5:30AM everyone morning to get to school. I spend about 10 minutes getting ready (includes brushing my teeth, washing face, putting on clothes, eating breakfast) the remaining 20 minutes I spend playing games on my PC or watching the early News12 news. Then at 6:06AM I leave my house and walk to the bus stop. I arrive at school at 7:05AM...

10 minutes? You should be a Fireman. :)

Assuming I have to work, then usually between 10 and 15 minutes. That may seem crazy to some people, but I like to get as much sleep as I can possibly get, which isn't that much as it is. I have a weird sleeping habit where I can't seem to fall asleep much before 12-1ish, so I normally don't even bother trying. I have to get up around 7:45 in most cases to catch a ride to work.

Don't worry; I shower the night before, and still leave time to wash up and get ready in the morning. And since I eat breakfast at work during break, I don't have to worry about it in the morning.

i lay everything out the night before hand and i'm OCD as well so everything is always in the same spot, folded in the same way, etc. i can practically get ready in the morning blind

so i take only about 10-15 minutes depending if i decide to read the newspaper whilst eating breakfast

if i hit the snooze i fall asleep again and wake up several hours late :p

alarm starts going off at 7:15 snooze til 7:30 then out the door by 7:40 to arrive at work at 7:58! it's like clockwork, i dont have to speed if i leave by 7:42 if i dont catch every single red light or get caught in traffic on my commute. i realized it's not worth it to speed and get a ticket because i'm trying to get to a job on time.

I take my shower at night.

I wake up at 5:55 AM, turn on my TV, and wait for "American Morning" to come on at 5:59 AM. I watch that, sleeping through the ads. At about 6:23 AM, I get my breakfast (cereal). At 6:30 AM, I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth. At 6:33 AM, I get dressed. At 6:37 AM, I go downstairs and wait until 6:40 AM, and I leave for school.

And these are exactly the same times every school day. You don't ever get dressed at say 6:34 AM.?

    • I did that to a work colleague many years ago when he left it logged in. Unfortunately I was out of the office the next day, and even the IT department was stumped lol. Got a bit of a bollocking when I got back into the office, but, by god, it was worth it.
