Those are Adobe's native icons for CS3. I'm sure you could just google "Adobe CS3 Icons" to find them, or something similar.

For future reference, you don't need to open Grab to take a screenshot. Cmd+Shift+3 takes a picture of the whole screen, and puts it on your desktop. Cmd+Shift+4 lets you drag a selection area around what you want to screenshot. If you press space after pressing Cmd+Shift+4, you can click on a window you want to capture. :)
