Xbox 360 Owners: Left 4 Dead or Gears of War 2?

I'm having a hard time betwen those 2 so I'll let the people of Neowin decide for me, so which game would YOU buy?

Left 4 Dead, easily. It just seems it will have a lot better replayability, especially with the strong co-op focus.

Getting both, basically single player? Gears hands down, if you've got a lot of mates getting l4d then get that, otherwise.... Well you know what people on live are like :)

Left 4 Dead sounds cool, but I know for a fact that the GoW2 gameplay will be as good, if not better, than GoW. I'd rather go with a sure thing than take a chance on something new when it comes to spending $60.

However, they'll both probably have demos, so I suggest you decide from those as only you can figure out which one is better for yourself.

And the best choice is always to get both :p

I'd get Gears of War 2, simply because I think Left4Dead is going to be better to play on the PC (control wise).

QFT. I don't see what all the fuss about Gears of War is. It's not a very fun game and I love shooters.

Gears of War was a repetitive snooze fest, so that's a big no for me.

Left 4 dead on the other hand, I recently tried "Zombie Panic! Source" which was barrels of fun so I expect Left 4 dead to be even better.

L4D, though I'll be getting it on the PC. But if i had to chose between them on the console, it'd still be L4D :)

Valve haven't made a game recently that wasn't simply amazing, I have no reason to start doubting them.

Yea, that's what matters....

Left 4 Dead looks to offer the most value of the two. Though I will be getting it on the PC most likely. Every playthough will be different which offers replayabillity GOW2 will never come close to. Also I didn't find the first to be anything special.

Both! Out of all the games coming out this holiday, these are the only two that interest me. I'm getting Midnight Club Los Angeles just to tide me over for the last month of waiting.

Ah so looks like Gears of War 2 is in the league, so I guess I'll buy GoW2 and wait until the L4D demo to come out(Comes out after its release) and if its good I'll get it for Christmas =]
