You don't consider releasing plot development details, before the game is even released, spoiling? I, personally, would have enjoyed figuring out the back story myself, thus you have spoiled it, hence the word spoilers.

Good for you, but the problem isn't what you consider a spoiler, its what other people consider spoilers. Plot details ARE spoilers, so instead of arguing, just use the spoiler tags and those reading your post can see for themselves.

Well I just found out from a friend that Toys R Us offers $20 gift certificates to those buying ODST from them tomorrow. Definitely will be hitting that up if they have any copies of the game left as it will help me pay for MW2. :D

i don't understand why so many people get it online if you want the game that badly. Why not just go to a retailer and get it? that way you are guaranteed to get it on day one.

For one, online is cheaper and for two, many online retailers actually get you the game a day earlier. Not always, though.

Still, the cost is probably the main factor, but it's also nice to get it on release day as well.
