I have virtual pc running in vista and I was wondering how can you use a slave drive that in on the computer I am running virtual pc on to save files to it so I can get the files on vista?

Okay I might have figured it out. Set up a network on the virtual pc and on the host vista go to network places and get the files.

Are you needing to copy files from the Virtual OS to Vista? If that is what you need you can just setup a shared folder and copy them to that.

You can get viruses on the OS within the VM, but they won't affect your host OS.

okay I installed free-av.com just to be safe. It's a good lite program. I really like virtual 2007. It's really nice. I should I did that earlier. There is no need to have a dual boot when you can run it this way. No need at all. It's so much easier. I had no idea that it would be that nice and easy to install.

You can't tell any difference when running in full screen and it doesn't slow down at all.
