PLAYSTATION Network will be unavailable between the following times due to essential maintenance work:

Starts: Tuesday 14 October @ 20:00 BST / 21:00 CEST

Ends: Wednesday 15 October @ 01:00 BST / 02:00 CEST

During this time, you will not be able to sign in to PSN, (list other service restrictions ).

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Yeah Socom is out tomorrow in America, and part of the 2.50 update is to support the new headsets.

So I guess 2.50 tomorrow after this!

I sure hope so, which is why I am renting it first just to make sure.

If the issues from the Beta are ironed out though, very much looking forward to this game indeed.

So, Confrontation comes out with the new Headset which in turn needs the new firmware.

I guess it wasn't that hard to figure out what fun will come tomorrow, lol.

And isn't the Japanese Home Beta expanding soon too? maybe this is also for that.

lol, i was suppose to get my ps3 yesterday. but it was columbus day so no mail :cry:. so ill be getting it today. and i'm gonna go out and get socom in a bit. can't wait!

It is 20:35 BST and strangely you currently can still sign into PSN and play online games but you cannot use the store or the account management sections, so prehaps they are not bringing PSN totally down afterall. :)
