It looks scrambled to me, with that mliky consistency. As I understand it scrambled eggs are a bit runnier than omelette? It looks a bit like the last one I had, I let my boyfriend near it > <

I think what has happened is that she might have put too much milk in it (you don't really need any) and during the bit where all the instructions tell you to mix it she just got it wrong and broke it up (that's what my boyfriend did).

To be honest, I'm no food snob. If it tastes like omelette and has some nice ingredients for filling, who cares what it looks like?

Tell the housemate to try this!

Ingredients:

[1]Start slowly browning your favorite omelet toppings in butter (mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc.)

[2]Separate 4 eggs and beat the egg whites in 1/4 cup water until stiff

[3]In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with salt & pepper until creamy

[4]Fold the yolks into the egg whites (gently, don?t overdo)

[5]Heat 1 TBS butter in skillet and preheat oven to 325 degrees

[6]Pour the eggs into the skillet and heat for 4 minutes (medium heat)

[7]Stick the skillet into the oven for 5 minutes

[8]Pull out the skillet and cover the eggs in cheese and meat filling (precooked & heated ham cubes)

[9]Stick the skillet back in the oven for another 3 minutes

[10]Remove from oven, fold over the omelet, sprinkle on some cheese and pile on the toppings

Hope that this turns out better than the other attempt!

I think I may try that after digesting lunch...:shifty:y:

These are without a doubt scrambled eggs.

    • On xiaomi hyperos there's also an option to disable google assistant. I've got everything disabled. Only thing I do have installed is a web wrapped for duck.ai which claims to let you use various AIs anonymously
    • I need to understand the rationale of not shipping all of these K2 improvements in a single update/release. It's giving "we will fix Windows 11 but no commitments". It seems to me that they just announce these improvements just to appease the community.
    • The term "RTM" is long gone starting with Windows 10. Every current release is a GA build. This is the result of MS making Windows as a Service (WaaS).
    • Looks like no official TBW rating, which should be a required listing in my opinion for sites like Amazon (hell, put it on the box too.)
