How to make a newsletter list?

Hi guys,

Anoybody can tell me how to start a newsletter? I have a bunch of list of people who I wanted to send my tips every month. How can I do that? I have about 100 people to sent out the newsletter to every month.

Anybody now has a better idea how to send newsletter? Yahoo Groups is not an option to me because it's two way. I need a one way system where I send a newsletter to all my customers.

but mailman can only do two-way. Please advise how to turn on the one-way option.

One more thing, mailman needs authorization from the user whom I have added to the list..correct? Is there anyway to just add people into the list and not having authorization from the user?

Mailman with one way turned on has always been the best method for me.
