Just hours ago we had a great new poster for Iron Man 2 featuring Mickey Rourke as Whiplash. Now there?s an image said to be an ?Iron Man 2 clue.? But a clue to what? Your guess is as good as ours right now.

We see what appears to be one of the newspaper clippings adorning Whiplash?s work area, with the word ?secret? highlighted and a faint arrow pointing right towards a grim-looking Tony Stark. People are already puzzling over the obvious elements, like the placement of the arrow and the color of the highlight around ?secret?. (Is it green, or a yellow band that looks green because of the photo?s tint?)

The Dark Knight had a great alternate reality game (ARG) / viral campaign; maybe fans will be handed something similar for Iron Man 2. Hopefully this won?t just exist on computer screens, and will intrude into the real world the way TDK?s did. See more after the jump.

SuperheroHype has the full image as an exclusive ? click on the small version below to see what it is. Note that the clipping seen here is not part of the background of the new poster, though there may be links from this image back to that one. Enlarging and tweaking the color, the background is interesting ? is that in Stark?s home lab, or in Whiplash?s workshop? Looks a bit like a stage dressing room, with what appear to be lights around a mirror. And the frame around the whole image is odd ? is that broken glass?

Hey Rappy, can we get download links for the actual files? :) I wanna get that since i don't use Quicktime (but it will play on Windows 7 WMP tho, just not from the site)

I would say either wait or go to Youtube someone will up the HD

Daves Trailer Page will have the links as soon as he gets round to it

Ohhhhh god yes. Where's his golden globe nomination for that trailer :D I watched it again and decided to revise my post, Jedi-inspired.

OMG this has got to be the most AMAZING movie trailer of the DECADE!!

RDJ is hands down the greatest actor and the CGI is soooo good. Whiplash looked INSANE, and the music!!!!

and SCARLETT was incredible, did you see how she THREW that guy to the ground!!

The scene at the end with WARMACHINE was the BEST ten seconds of my LIFE!!!!!!

Hopefully your posting style isn't trademarked or copyrighted ;)

Trailer was awesome, though I wish the trailer was the footage we saw from comiccon i believe it was, that was better.

I think its mostly the same footage...they saw War Machine fight alongside Ironman which is what we saw.

    • Well I've done a grand total of nothing, and it now clocks between 2010mhz and 1995mhz (stock is 1710mhz) and hovers around 80c, warmer than it used to, but tolerable clocks seem to have returned. Thanks for all the advice on this thread. Will review the evidence and make a choice.

    • I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.
