Best Snowboard games?

I'm looking for a really good snowboarding game, prefferably for the PC or PSX, or one that's going to be ported to PC real soon. I already have Supreme Snowboarding and it's awesome, but I've played it a lot now and I want to try some other similar games for variation and comparison.

Any good suggestions are highly welcome.

there have been, X-Games Pro Boarder was prob one of the best ... its a couple of years old now .. might find it on classic somewhere !

Right, I just took the info from some reviews I found. Apparently, I was confused by the fact that SSX was reffered to as being a PSX game even though to my knowledge it's a PS2/Xbox/GC only game.

Never heard of Amped before. Does look good, though. :)

Only one bad thing: can't play it on my PC. :p

Amped for Xbox is great, if you don't have it, its only 20 bucks now. Go get it!

ssx tricky is a lot of fun. but if your looking for a "real" snowboarding game look elsewhere. ssx is more of a racer/skater game then actual snowboarding. still a lot of fun tho

I don't suppose anyone has tried Transworld Snowboarding and can tell me if it's any good? I don't intend to buy an XBOX (yucky M$ crap) but if it's ported to PC I might buy it.

SUPreme Snowboarding (or Boarder Zone as it was named in the US) was made by the same company, or rather, two merged companies - a couple of old Amiga developers called Bloodhouse and Terramarque (Hence the name Housemarque) (anyone remember Stardust/Super Stardust and Elfmania? Awesome games.)

Amped is probably one of the best snowboarding games I've played. $20 for it now since it's on the classics list. Amped 2 is coming out soon and is supposed to be live compatible!

I wouldn't hold the Xbox Classic's list with much credibility. M$ guidelines have nothing to do with sales numbers but only on word of mouth and the supposed "positive" feedback on the games. I'm still confused why Simpson's Road Rage is on that list... :blink: :blink: :blink:

SSX, but if you want somthing more 'realistic' go Shaun Palmer's Pro Snowboarder, which is more about doing stunts and tricks.

i haven't played many snowboard games, so the only one i could suggest trying would be "Snowboard Kids" (i think it was called) on the Nintendo64.
