Quick question about taskbar and aero

I was wondering if there was anyway I could possibly keep the aero feature on the window borders. However, I want the taskbar to be all black. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.

^ Someone else posted that recently and got an answer. Essentially, the best way is to open the msstyle, edit the taskbar image, and remove the transparency there.

Are you using the default Aero theme? If so, I'll send a modded version for you to use instead. If you use a custom VS, please send that to me and I'll mod it for you.

(By the way, you don't have to do anything to psychob mod anymore. It's already modded in that download. Just need to blacken the taskbar.)

I've attached modded versions of the default Aero, and the custom theme you posted. Since you have experience using custom themes, I'll assume you know how to apply modded themes. Hopefully these will work for you.

I was looking for this too :) I will have to check it out when I get home. Also I need to path the theme engine and I want to patch the tcpip.sys file
