I've been in the IT field since '01, mainly telecommunications and point-of-sale equipment, but I was recently introduced to this saying. Obviously this is a very popular saying coming from certain call centers. I've just recently been introduced to it - just wondered how far I was out of teh loop? BTW, I love it!

I have heard it, but it is not IT related. It is a phrase from India that means a second or third party is trustworthy enough to know what needs done without a lengthy explanation or much detail.

Thats exactly were I would expect it to orignate from... an off shore call center in India... ;)
