What do you collect?

If possible, explain what took you to start collecting those items.

years ago i used to collect stamps, dunno why anymore tho.

then, until recently i collected pc-magazines, the collection went from like 1998 - 2006, cause it interested me a lot.

now i am collecting every ferrari fan article (shirts, caps, shoes, aftershaves).

and porn.

Um, as a kid I would collect upperdeck hockey cards which I still have today. Most of them aren't big shot players but at least Joe Sakic's in the pack.

I also have some old currency, a few old $2 and $1 bills in pretty crisp condition from 1950's.

Oh yeah, and as a kid I used to have POGS with those ridiculous slammers. :D Man, did that fad come and go quickly..

As a kid I used to collect Football cards. Now I collect design magazines.

I collect model firetrucks and ambulances. I got about 80 of them in different sizes.

Theme park maps, Nerdy but i have every map for Disneyland resort paris since 1992 and about 10 years worth of alton towers ones

Yeah I have a pretty large amount, though I'm not sure quite how many. It's probably been about 6-7 years since I started.

Vintage cameras/camera equipment.

Movie/event tickets. (saw Madame Butterfly, this weekend. HIGHLY recommended for anyone who enjoys opera.)

Plane/train tickets.

Books. (ANY kind, including duplicates)

I guess I could count antique decor in there, as well, though I'm not sure it's entirely intentional. Though most of my collections aren't necessarily intentional, aside from vintage cameras.

Ryan's big into action figures. Silly boys and their toys.

I used to collect LEGO, but that got expensive once I actually had to start buying my own. Plus I lost interest.

I also have a "collection" of hotel keycards, but as of right now I've only got two...

I use to collect Pokemon cards when I was a kid, along with basketball cards.

Today it's 1920 x 1200 resolution wallpapers as they're harder to find, but are becoming more common now :)

I like to collect beer bottles. Just one of each brand i have drank. Sadly, while moving this last time I had to leave for work and a family member threw about 90% of them out thinking they were trash.

Used to collect Comics, not so much any more. Seem to keep buying whatever the latest toy of Optimus Prime happens to be.
