For $25 it's not that cheap but I think it may worth it.

My only grip, is that it may be a bit too thick.

Note: It's only shipped in USA and Canada

not ergonomic at all just like most apple peripherals. I additionally cannot see someone using it for a long time due to blocked blood circulation in the wrists since its elevated from the desk surface.

Wouldn't an aluminum mouse pad really scratch up the bottom of the Mighty Mouse, which is already extremely scratch-happy?
MacPadd has an antibacterial surface that can be easily cleaned. Great for offices or homes that have all kinds of fingers on the mouse padd. Use soap and water or antibacterial wipe (dry and use).
I would tend to say that there a coating on the Alu. I doubt you are right on the Alu.

Anyway, it's a mousepad designed for the Mac User, I HIGHLY doubt it wouldn't be built to scratch happily the scratch-happy Mighty Mouse...

Back when I had a Mac Mini, I picked one of These up since it matched. Even though it doesn't match as well with the new iMac, I still keep use it because its actually the most comfortable one I've used, its got a curve on the edge so it doesn't hurt the wrist as bad as many.

Just orderd mine, looks like top quality well worth the $ :)

I'm wondering if it's too reflective for a laser mouse...

And @Titoist : I kinda get what you mean, but it's not for nothing that you can adjust your chair ;) It's not that much of an issue IMO and yes I'm following ergonomy classes at the moment. The thing is, you'd have to have a thicker keyboard or make it higher and it would be perfect.

Ah yes, "zOMG aluminum, Apple rocks, ROUNDED EDGES WTFBBQ!" Apple could really sell a turd with an Apple badge.

Apple aren't the ones selling it? So not sure where you're coming from with that.

But not keen on it at all. Aluminium isn't my first choice for mouse mat material.. I much prefer the really thin, material, large mouse mats. Bit of a haven for dust etc but much easier to work on.

Alot of people see this as an overpriced mouse pad. Take a look at some of the gaming mouse pads (steel pads). They're almost twice as much. These type of pads are awesome, your mouse just glides on the surface. Does get cold tho :p

In my PC days, I had a $40 mouse pad (Razer eXactMat). And yes, it was worth every dime.

From the looks of the MacPadd... it looks like it'd be worth $25, and if it turns out to suck, so what it was only $25... no like it's going to break the bank.
